Creek Home Montessori and Minakshi have been truly a gift for us. We send our daughter to her for some time now. Initially we did extensive research on child care options when my wife had to go back to work. It was a very difficult decision for us to make however after meeting Minakshi we felt at ease and decided to proceed. It was truly one of the best decisions we made. My wife feels comfortable leaving our daughter with her that she is at a place where she is care for and looked after with love. We can tell our daughter is happy to see Minakshi and spend time with her which has put us to ease. There have been times when our schedules have been very hectic and Minakshi has always been understanding and accommodating. Also as a tip you should go visit the area. The neighborhood is very nice and the place it self has been activities and toys unlike other places we saw. The kids are looked after and engaged. My daughter is always changed and fed and dressed well. These may seem like simple things but at some of the other places we saw the children were just not looked after properly or with care. Also- we wanted a place where our daughter would be engaged and could learn. Minakshi is trained in the Montessori method and my daughter has learnt through this. We continue to send our daughter as she is getting older as we feel she is happy and having a good learning experience too.

Creek Home Montessori has been nothing short of a wonderful experience for the last 8 months. This was our third in-home daycare facility in our daughter’s first year, and we feel so comfortable and happy here. Minakshi and her whole family welcomed all of us into their home from our initial visit and have loved her like she is one of their own ever since. As a prior Montessori school teacher in a larger system, Minakshi brings a learning and development mindset to her in home environment. The house is very clean and there is a lot of room for her to run, both inside and out. On nice days, she gets to play outside in the sprinkler or on the beautiful play set. They also do adorable arts and crafts throughout the year and specifically for big holidays. They are very flexible with drop off and pick up. Overall, I highly recommend Creek Home Montessori to anyone looking for childcare in Ellicott City or Clarksville!
